Integrate with Salesforce – Smapo

With Salesforce integration, SendWOW enables the following:

Click “Integrate with Salesforce” and log in with your Salesforce account.

Check the following permissions for your Salesforce account:

Required Permissions:
- Access ID URL service
- Manage user data via API
- Execute requests at any time

Object Access Scope:

SFDC Object	Access Level	Description
Lead	Read/Edit	Read Lead details, including address information.
Contact	Read/Edit	Read Contact details, including address information.
Event	Create	Record delivery and QR interaction details.
Task	Create	Create tasks based on deliveries and QR interactions.
Campaign	Read/Edit	Read lists for bulk delivery.
Account	Read	Read Account details.
4. After successful integration, a settings screen will appear. Enable the integration by checking the four status options and save.

After integration, activities like deliveries and QR scans will appear as records.

Activity Log	Details
SendWOW-Order Creation	Notifies when an order is created.
SendWOW-Arrival History	Notifies when the item arrives.
SendWOW-WOW Link Issued	Notifies when a WOW link is issued.
SendWOW-QR Response/Click History	Notifies when a QR code is scanned or link is clicked.

Configuration Method

Go to the Salesforce Integration Settings in SendWOW to map the fields you want to sync (default fields are preset but can be customized as needed):
- Configure fields for Lead, Contact, and Account, including custom fields as needed for your operations.
