1. Feature Description
- This is a feature that allows you to synchronize any information in Salesforce to use SendWOW seamlessly from Salesforce
- The synchronization direction is one-way from Salesforce to SendWOW
- When updating information, please update the information in Salesforce
- The parent-child relationship between accounts and contacts is carried over to SendWOW as is
- If a contact's affiliated company changes, please reassign the account in Salesforce. The affiliation in SendWOW will also be updated.
- Items converted from leads to contacts are treated as the same contact in SendWOW
- When a target person approached as a lead is converted to a contact, the SendWOW contact information is overwritten with the contact information (and account information if linked) as the same person
- The synchronization direction is one-way from Salesforce to SendWOW

Setup Method
- You can configure mapping settings for items you want to synchronize from the Salesforce integration settings screen
- You can set up Lead, Contact, and Account fields
- You can set up including custom fields, so please select the appropriate fields you are using
2. Important Notes
In the following cases when all conditions are met, you will be presented with the option of whether to synchronize Salesforce data as the latest:
- Leads or contacts that "have been imported via CSV with Salesforce ID" or "have been sent from Salesforce using Chrome Extension"
- There are differences between Salesforce data and SendWOW data (e.g., the recipient's job title is different)
Below are the operating procedures. We recommend synchronization so that Salesforce information can be treated as correct.
- When synchronizing:
- Press the "Send a touch that initiates synchronization" button
- At that time, the information will be overwritten with the information on Salesforce, so please check that there are no errors in the information
- After that, when information is updated on Salesforce, the information will be synchronized according to the functional specifications
- Press the "Send a touch that initiates synchronization" button
- When not synchronizing:
- Press the "Send a touch without synchronizing" button
- Please note that it will not be synchronized with the information on Salesforce, so even if you update the information on Salesforce, it will not be synchronized
- Press the "Send a touch without synchronizing" button
