Integrate with Salesforce to enable the following capabilities:
- Record delivery results in Lead and Contact activity histories
- Create orders using Salesforce Lead and Contact information (mapping)

Integration Process
- Log in to SendWOW with your SendWOW account.
- Select
Settings>Team & Company Informationtab. - Click the "Connect Salesforce" button, which will display the Salesforce login screen. Log in with the appropriate Salesforce account.
Please verify the following about the Salesforce account you're configuring
- Required Permissions
- Access to ID URL Service
- Manage User Data via API
- Execute Requests Anytime
- Object Access Scope
SFDC Object Access Rights Description Lead Read/Edit Reading lead information. Returning address information, etc. Contact Read/Edit Reading contact information. Returning address information, etc. Event Create Recording delivery information and QR response records. Task Create Creating tasks based on delivery and QR responses. Campaign Read/Edit Reading bulk delivery targets, etc. Account Read Reading account information.

**About Salesforce API Permissions**
- After successful connection, a settings screen will appear. Check the four items under
ConnectandConnection Status, then save. - After integration, when a touch arrives or a QR code is scanned, activity records will be created in Salesforce.
The activity records notified from SendWOW are as follows:

Field Mapping Configuration
Configuration Method
- You can configure field mapping from SendWOW's Salesforce Integration Settings Screen (fields are set by default, customize if necessary)
- You can configure fields for Lead, Contact, and Account
- You can set up custom fields as well, so select the appropriate fields that you use in your operations

Configuration Method
- You can configure WOWLink integration from SendWOW's Salesforce Integration Settings Screen
Sandbox Integration Method
If you want to verify operation in a test environment beforehand, you can also integrate with Salesforce Sandbox environment. Follow these steps to configure:
- Click the three-dot menu icon > "Connect with Salesforce Sandbox".
- The Salesforce login screen will open. Log in with your Sandbox account to complete the integration.
Integration Testing
After Salesforce integration, you can use the integration test to send test events.
This allows you to verify in advance that the integration settings are functioning correctly.
- Log in with your team administrator account.
- Open "Settings" > "Team & Company Information" tab in SendWOW.
- Click the "Settings" button for Salesforce under External Integration Services.
- Click the "Integration Test" button at the top of the screen.
- Click on the URL of the "Contact" or "Lead" you want to test and submit.
- If the submission is successful, the test event will be recorded in "Activities".
